My mission is to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives to move from where they are to where they want to be.


This is also known as the tasks or actions you will be doing each week to really make a difference. Whilst coaching sessions are important, what’s even more important is what you do between them, as that is what will move you faster towards your goals.

How do I make payment?

You can make payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Do you have a guarantee?

When you are ready to take another step on your journey of change I will send you an Intake Form, which will capture information about where you are now and help you to think about what you want from coaching. I also offer a money-back guarantee at the end of your first session if you are not totally satisfied.

Note: This is a one-time option, which you may exercise at the end of the first session only.

Is there a contract?

Yes, but I have chosen to call it a “Coaching Agreement” as I feel that better describes the coaching relationship. You will be asked to sign a Coaching Agreement before we can begin working together.

What Coaching is not...

Coaching compared to therapy:

Therapists work with individuals to look at the past and address unresolved issues, with its focus on past-related feelings.

Coaching acknowledges the past but does not explore this in depth, preferring to keep its focus on setting goals and supporting the individual with moving forward.
